Requirements BEFORE ComingTo receive equipment, the following items must be completed/uploaded ahead of time:• Your WYFL account must be paid in full• Completed physical must be uploaded• NEW THIS YEAR: Proof of residency must be uploaded before equipment pickupExamples: utility bill, bank statement, etc.Must show:Current addressDated within the last 60 days
What to Bring
  • A CHECK for $250, post-dated to 12/1/2026
  • We will only accept checks for the equipment deposit
